Billing & Refund Policy

This page explains how Clarity SEO handles paid plans, renewals, cancellations, invoice access and refund requests.

These pages are written in plain English for customers. They are not a substitute for tailored legal advice, and they do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Plans and billing cycle

Paid plans are billed through the checkout provider shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected in checkout until cancelled.

What paid access includes

Plan inclusions are shown on the pricing page and checkout flow. Features can include monitoring, saved history, dashboard access, bulk scans, competitor tracking, white-label reports or agency tools depending on the plan.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation through support if self-service account controls are not available. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is closed for abuse or chargeback handling.

Refunds

If something failed, was billed incorrectly, or the product materially did not work as described, contact us and we will review it fairly. Change-of-mind refunds are not automatic once a billing period has started, but we can still assess edge cases. Any non-excludable consumer rights continue to apply.

Failed payments and chargebacks

Failed payments may pause or downgrade paid features. Chargebacks, suspected fraud or abusive use may result in account review, temporary suspension or cancellation while the issue is resolved.
